We provide UX, user researcher and digital strategy consultancy services to clients to help them through their digital transformation as well as through the development of new digital product.

  • when you complete the online contact forms on our website (“Site”) providing us with your name, address, email address and contact number;
  • whenever you provide information to us when reporting a problem with our Site, making a complaint, making an inquiry or contacting us for any other reason. If you contact us, we may keep a record of that correspondence;
  • when you visit our “Site”.

We collect anonymized details about visitors to our website for the purposes of aggregate statistics or reporting purposes. However, no single individual will be identifiable from the anonymized details we collect for these purposes.

3. SOCIAL MEDIA

If you share our content through social media, for example by liking us on Facebook, following or tweeting about us on Twitter, those social networks will record that you have done so and may set a cookie for this purpose.

Our website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google, Inc. (“Google”). 5. MARKETING/ SUBSCRIPTION EMAILS

Our Site operates a marketing / subscription-based email system, used to inform subscribers about information supplied by our Site. Users can subscribe through an online automated process should they wish to do so but do so at their own discretion. Some subscriptions will be manually processed through prior written agreement with the user.

Subscriptions are taken in compliance with UK Spam Laws detailed in the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations 2003. All personal details relating to subscriptions are held securely and in accordance with the GDPR.

Analyse Concept also processes your data when it is in our legitimate interests to do this and when these interests do not override your rights. Those legitimate interests include providing you with information on our services and events.

6. CLIENT CONTACTS

The personal information we collect about you, where ‘you’ are a contact as one of our clients. We need to collect information about you as an essential part of providing our Services when:

  • we contact you with a view to providing Services to you;
  • you email us expressing an interest in working with us;
  • you provide us with your business card or other information provided to us, given to our employees at sales and marketing events;
  • you post information or advertisements on job boards or social media websites;
  • we provide Services to you as an actual or a potential hirer of your services;
  • we complete contractual documentation relevant to the Services.

 

We will usually collect the following information from or about you:

  • your phone and e-mail details;
  • details of your role, title and responsibilities within your organization;
  • with your consent, marketing our other products and services by mail and email;

We will not transfer any customer personal data outside the European Economic Area (“EEA”).

7. SUPPLIERS

We will collect details such as contact names, address, email address and telephone number in order to contact you about goods and/or services we have ordered from you, to comply with our contractual obligations and to place further orders. We may share your personal data with our employees to manage our relationship with you and we will keep your personal data for as long as we require your goods and/or services subject to a maximum of six years from the date of our last contact with you. We will not transfer your personal data outside the EEA.

8. MARKETING

We may use customer personal data to provide you with details about our services, products and business updates which we think may be of interest:

  • tick the relevant box situated in the form on which we collect your information;
  • clicking the unsubscribe button contained in any such communication received;
  • email us with your name and contact details.

Where you have subscribed to receive marketing correspondence from us we will keep your personal data for six years from when you subscribed to receiving marketing information from us or until you unsubscribe from receiving such correspondence from us (whichever is earlier).

Information you provide to us is shared on our secure servers. We have implemented appropriate physical, technical and organizational measures designed to secure your information against accidental loss and unauthorized access, use, alteration or disclosure. In addition, we limit access to personal data to those employees, agents, contractors and other third parties that have a legitimate business need for such access.
